New Creations By Our Design Team!

Hello bloggers! A happy hellow to all of you! I can't believe how fast Christmas is coming! This year seems like it just flew by. I've been sick, and I still am. So, I'm a little late in posting some of these creations. So aplogize for being so late in posting these. Take a look at what the design team has been creating. I'm also going to share some creations made by my friend Franca.
So............this creation is by Heidi.
She used stamp #187-S Santa Wreath Candle Lamp Stamp to create this adorable Christmas card. Isn't it just too cute! I love the color choices, papers and embellishements she's used to make this card.

This Greeting card was made by Shawn. I love the vintage look of it. Shawn used stamp #187-S Santa Wreath & Candle Lamp Stamp to create this card.

This greeting card was also made by Shawn. The vintage looking papers she used were perfect when designing this one. She used stamp #188-S Santa Takes A Ride to create this greeting card.

This Christmas card was made by Heidi. Love the green, so festive! She used stamp #188-S Santa Takes A Ride.

These creations were created by my friend Franca. She's used several of Terrye Frenches stamps to create these pieces. She used some primitive grungy tags to stamp on, then colored and decorated them, and then made these Christmas ornaments. They all are very cute Franca!
You can find all of the stamps used to create these pieces at www.treasuredtimesrubberstamps.com or on this blog under stamps. Thanks for stopping by today and taking a look at all these wonderful creations! We hope it put a smile on your face today!
To my design team members, all of you did a wonderful job! Each time I see what you gals are making, it makes me smile, so I know your making others smile too! Thank you all for your participating in our design team!

Creations By Our Design Team!

Hello bloggers! Today I want to share with you some photos of what our design team has been up to lately. Take a look at this cute card that Heidi made! Isn't it just adorable? Heidi used copic markers to color him, along with using tuxedo black and lady bug Memento ink.
She used MS snowflake punches- Icelandic, Artic, Alpine and the small one is from a MS snowflake corner punch. The lg one in the right corner is a die by Spellbinders using the Snowflake Wonder die set. The sentiment is by Stampin Up Teeny Tiny Wishes along with using the SU modern label and word window punches. She also used white satin ribbon and clear adhesive rhinestones. The paper is Stampin Up real red and white. White and red glitter CS and the DP is by Colorbok. She also used Diamond and yellow stickles on here too.
I just love the way it turned out! Heidi he's adorable!

Here's two more creations, these were made by Carol Salisbury. The red suited Santa was colored with Spectrum Noir markers and the Burgandy one was colored with Tim Holtz distress markers.

Too cute gals! Great job! I love what your making with our stamps!
I'll have another creation very soon! I hope you all are loving this fall weather were having. I love watching all the leaves turn colors. It's one of my favorite seasons. I'm working on creating more stamps, so I'll have a new one soon! Thank you for following along with us!

Our First Design Team Creation

This adorable Christmas card was made by one of our design team members Shawn Johnson from Poetry In A Pot Of Tea.
Shawn used the following products to make her card.
Santa, Wreath & Candle Lamp Stamp #187-S (Terrye French)
Paper= DCWV Haberdash Stack brown plaid, Recollections Naughty Or Nice, My Minds Eye Sunshine.
Martha Stewart edge punch
Platinum Liquid Pearls on the lantern
Stickles on the pine greens
Inkssentials Black Enamel
Flocking powder on his cuffs, hat and beard
Distress Clear Rock Candy Crackle paint
Distress Ink to color image
grungeboard which I inked, punched and studded with brads
Zig H2O water pen to color image
Marvy corner punch
I had fun using my Distress Inks and Zig H2O pen together, and like the resulting watercolor look I got using them. Wonder what Santa would look like in a dark green coat? Burgundy? Royal blue? You know I am going to have to make a few more cards with this festive fellow!

Two New Terrye French Santa Stamps Added!

Terrye & I have two more new stamps just released today! Both are perfect for Christmas. Who doesn't love Santa! These are just too cute! I can't wait to make Christmas Cards with these. I've already been thinking how I want to design the card/cards.
Check out Stamp Page to see the new ones!
I went to the Scrapbook Expo that I spoke about in my last post. It was a lot smaller of a show than I expected. A ton of scrapbook supplies and not very many stamps up for sale. But, it was pretty fun to look around at all the neat stuff available for Card Making & Scrapbooking. I did get to show my stamps to a couple of vendors, including a lady from Michaels Craft Store! Woot Woot! I'm excited. Terrye & I are working hard to get our stamps in stores so they're available anywhere!

New Christmas Stamps Just Added!

I working on more, that should be up soon! I'm getting ready to attend a Scrapbooking Expo in Puyallup, Wa on the 20th of this month. So I've been busy trying to get ready for that. New Christmas Stamp Added!

The wait is over,I finally finished our first Christmas Stamp! It's just adorable and would look so cute on a Christmas Card, or anything else! I sized the stamp to fit perfectly on a Christmas Card measuring 7 1/4" Tall x 4 3/4" Wide. It also leaves enough room at the top of the card for a Christmas Greeting stamped image, that I'm working on now. Some of the drawings are taking me a little longer to get done, as their is so much detail to clean up. So I anticipate that I will have another new Christmas stamp finished in the next week. The new Greeting Stamps that you can use with this one will be up in the next couple of days. Hope you like this one, it's just adorable, and one of my favorites!

An Old Card I Made & More New Stamps Coming

Hello my friends! I realize it's been a while since I posted last. I was sick for a while, so while I was sick I got backed up on my work. When I got better I had to play catch up. But, I'm back. I planned on having a Mothers Day Card Tutorial but due to me being sick, that didn't happen, sorry!
I've been working on making some new stamps. They are Christmas designs, so they'll be made early enough for you to use! I should have some new stamps up in a few days! This is a card I made for my daughters 21st birthday which was about 4 years ago. I just love the color of the papers and the little girl stamped image is a Magnolia stamp. Magnolia stamps have been my favorites for a long time. I can't tell you how many I have. This was the third card I ever made.
I'll be back in a few days with some new stamps! Thanks for stopping by!

New Terrye French Stamp Added

Wow, I didn't realize how long it had been since I posted last. Trying to get a ton of stuff done, and time just seems to fly by for me. I have a new stamp posted today. Terrye French painted this Teapot on a lamp shade in pattern #31806 Cotton Candy Pink Lamp. The lamp is just adorable, and so is this Teapot stamp. This stamp can be used for any type of art, but wouldn't it look so cute on a card! I just love it! I'm going to try and post another tutorial here in the next few days. I'm working on other images to turn into stamps. Some are some Christmas designs, trying to get some of them done way ahead of time. Well, I hope you all have a fabulous week!

New Mothers Day Stamps Coming This Week!

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! What did you do over the weekend? I spent Saturday with my In-Laws from Oregon, and Grand Parents. We went to the Dafadil parade in Puyallup, WA. I hadn't been to a parade in several years. It lasted about 3 hours. It was really fun to watch all the marching bands, clowns, and pirates. Then we all went to the casino, ( I don't gamble), but it was fun to watch the others. Then we went and had dinner. Sunday I spent my day spring cleaning my home. Boy did it need it. I still have alot to get cleaned up, but at least I've started it.

Mothers Day is May 13th! Are you ready? I'm not. I better get ready! We offer Gift Certificates, they make perfect gifts! If your interested you can find the Gift Certificates in the Stamps category. I've been busy with Terrye's new images the last few weeks. The new Mothers Day stamps will come out this week. There are quite a few of them. I will be creating something for Mothers Day with these new designs! So stop on by and take a peek!

Terryes New Creations Using Her Rubber Stamps!

Hello TT Friends! I don't know about you, but I'm so ready for spring to arrive. We're still experiencing a rain snow mixture here on and off. I miss the sunshine! Speaking of spring & sunshine, I wanted to show you the latest spring creations from Terrye French. She's created several new pieces using her rubber stamps. The first one is called "Butterfly Angel" where she's created a chalkboard. She's used the "Butterfly Stamp #139-S" to stamp around the edges and above the wagon.

The second one is a wall hanging called "Key To My Heart". She's painted an adorable primitive angel holding a basket of pansies with a butterfly cage, and butterfly on this old piece of wood. Terrye used her "Hope Angel Stamp #120-S" around the edges by bending the stamp and stamping only the top of her. I love this piece so much that I bid for it and won. It's my first Terrye French painting purchase. I'm so excited to have it in my home!

This next piece is a Spring Angel painted on a long piece of slate. On the bottom of her dress she has stamped a set of three flowers with some grass using her "Set Of Three Flowers Stamp #149-S". This piece hangs by a piece of pink ribbon. I must say that I LOVE this piece too!

And this one is a fantastic idea for using her "Angel In My Pocket Stamps #109-S". She's used these old tiles to make a set of Primitive Coasters". Terrye amazes me with what she can create using her stamps. I just love all her ideas and paintings!
I wish I could create more things with the stamps, but I have to work on my painting orders from my other website first, "Adorable Country Classics Home Decor & Gifts". But, this Saturday I will make something using her rubber stamps and will post it here when I'm finished. I am also going to be entering into some challenges with what I create. I will have the information about the challenges when I post my creation. I'm working on images for easter right now, and will have them up soon! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and are able to spend some time being creative!

Welcome To Treasured Times!

Welcome to Treasured Times Rubber Stamps & Scrapbooking! I'm so glad you stopped on in for a visit!

My intentions for this site, is to create paper crafts, such as Greeting Cards, Bookmarks, Ornaments & more, using Terrye French designs, that have been turned into clear stamps. I'm going to provide a step by step tutorial with photos, on each item I make. Under the Tutorial I will have the list of products that I used to make that item, available for purchase. Or you may purchase them from our "Stamps" & "Stamping Supplies" pages. I will be adding more Stamps & Stamping supplies as we go along.
My first tutorial will be posted in the next couple of days.

My mission for this blog is to bring out the creative side in you, that you think doesn't exist. I'm often told by many acquaintances that they wish they were crafty, an artist, or that they could never make anything themselves. My response is the same every time. "Anyone can create and be an artist"! It takes a little time, and practice, and before you know it, you've created something very special! I'm hoping my blog will inspire you to make some things for yourself, family members, or your friends.

If there is a Terrye French design you'd like to see turned into a clear stamp, feel free to email me and let me know.

If you have any questions about anything, please feel free to email or phone me.
